This is made and
entered into this Agreement with Textilespot.com and you that you
will be bound by the terms and conditions here of, which
Textilespot.com in its discretion may additionally impose
from time to time. The modified terms shall automatically be
effective immediately after they are initially posted in our
site. Your continued use of our services will signify your
acceptance of the modified terms.
POSTING CLASSIFIED : Publishing

user are responsible for publishing their profile.
KEYWORD : We cannot guarantee
that these keywords will improve your campaign performance. You are
responsible for the keywords you select and for ensuring that your
use of the keywords does not violate any applicable laws. The

email id, website and country. These improve your company to

venue where users may meet and interact with one another for their
transactions.
Textilespot is
not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any
transaction between two users of the site.
The site is a channel
of communication whereby the users can reach a larger base to buy
and sell items. Textilespot is only providing a platform for
communication and it is agreed that the contract for sale of any
of the products shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the
seller and the buyer. At no time shall any right, title or
interest over the items vest with Textilespot bor shall

contract. Textilespot is not responsible for damages or delays as
a result of items which are out of stock, back ordered or
otherwise unavailable. All items are offered only for a restricted

You agree that

members, whether it is for business or non-business, are solely
between you and such parties.

be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort
incurred as the result of any dealings or as the result of the
presence of such advertisers on our services.

Textilespot.com is an online service. It is designed to develop a
global platform, wherein every individual associated with the
textile garment manufacturers goods retail industry would gather
and contribute enough resource such that there is an eco-system of
mutual benefit, trust & constant positive development.
Textilespot.com would serve as a platform where all these
individuals would harness new global opportunities for business,
career and self development.
Membership Eligibility
The Textilespot.com Service is available to individuals involved
in the industry of Apparel, Textile, Fiber & Soft goods Retail. It
is not available to any users suspended or removed from the system
by Textilespot.com for any reason. Users may not have more than
one active account. Additionally, users are prohibited from
selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your Textilespot.com
account to another party. You may not use the Textilespot.com.
Service, if you do not quality these criteria.
Use of Service
Use of the Textilespot.com Service by any user, is governed by the
User Agreement. Textilespot.com reserves the right to refuse
service without prior notice to any user for any or no reason.
A user is fully responsible for all activities that occur under
his password or account with or without his knowledge. Also, a
user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his
password and account. If a user knowingly provide his login and
password information to another person, his account privileges may
be suspended temporarily or event terminated. In case of any

Termination
Textilespot.com may, with or without cause, immediately terminate

also lead to a termination by Textilespot.com of a user’s use of
the Textilespot.com Service (a) breaches or violations of this
User Agreement or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b)
requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a
request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) unexpected
technical issues or problems, and (e) extended periods of
inactivity. Termination of your Textilespot.com account includes
removal of access to all offerings within the Textilespot.com
Service and may also bar you from further use of the
Textilespot.com Service. Furthermore, you agree that all
terminations shall be made in Textilespot.com’ sole discretion and
that Textilespot.com shall not be liable to you nor any
third-party for any termination of your account or access to the

International Use

with all applicable local rules including but not limited to rules

Limitation
of Liability

BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER
INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF Textilespot.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OF THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE
ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT WILL
